Hello, I'm Claire Starbuck. I have enjoyed working as a Sports Therapist and Circuits Instructor for 23 years. 

I have participated in a variety of sports throughout my life and always knew that I wanted to work within the industry. After achieving a honours degree in Sports Studies at Southampton University, I qualified as a Sports Therapist and Circuit Instructor with Premier Training International. I work alongside Chiropractors at Eastleigh Chiropractic Center and Wellow Chiropractic Centre. 

I belong to the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and I am fully insured.

I am passionate about the health and balance of the muscular system and strive to get individuals of all ages and abilities back to their functional fitness whether for every day tasks or competitive sports.
