Whether you're an office worker or a sports participant, young or old, you can still suffer with aches and pains brought on by physical or mental stress and anxiety.
Starbuck Sports specialises in Sports Therapy and Sports/Remedial Massage. Deep Tissue Treatment and Rehabilitation (which can also include Medical Acupuncture and Myofascial Cupping) is extremely beneficial, not only to those taking regular exercise but to those who are less active. During my 20 years of experience I have successfully treated a wide range of people from the retired to marathon runners, young budding sports people to housewives. My treatments can help relieve many complaints, including muscular pain, stress and tension, as well as help prevent injuries and speed up recovery times from on-going injuries; and promote a sense of health and general well-being for everyone.

COVID-19 Specific Policy
(Updated 27th July 2020)
For the foreseeable future a new COVID-19 specific policy has been put in place. Extra precautions have been implemented for the benefit of existing and prospective clients, minimising the risk of spreading COVID-19.
These precautions are:
-
Monitoring the health of the therapist and clients with a risk assessment and consent form that will be completed pre-treatment via email or on arrival.
-
Deferring treatments if the therapist or any client is displaying any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. In this situation the normal cancellation policy will not apply.
-
Please note, no toilet facilities will be in use at the clinics until further notice.
-
Adapting appointments:
-
Times of treatments will change to enable the completion of the hygiene checks between clients.
-
Clients will be asked to wait in their cars until invited in and asked not to bring companions or personal possessions i.e. coats and bags into the clinic.
-
Clients will be asked to use hand sanitiser as soon as they arrive for their treatment and asked to avoid touching anything unnecessarily within the clinic.
-
Clients will need to bring their own towels, water and face mask to use during their treatment.
-
Until further notice, there will be limited time spent on seated treatments due to face to face proximity.
-
-
Personal Protective Equipment: The therapist will be wearing PPE to the level advised by Public Health England, and adapted only where necessary to continue providing a high standard of service as a Sports Therapist.
