COVID-19 Specific Policy

For the foreseeable future a COVID-19 specific policy has been put in place.  some precautions have been implemented for the benefit of existing and prospective clients, minimising the risk of spreading COVID-19.

​

These precautions are:

​​

  • Monitoring the health and deferring treatments if the therapist or any client is displaying any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or any flu based illnesses. 

  • ​Clients will need to bring their own towels and will be asked to wear a face mask  during their treatment (with some exceptions). ​

  • The therapist will be wearing PPE to the level advised by Public Health England, and adapted only where necessary to continue providing a high standard of service as a Sports Therapist.  ​

  

 I will continue to stay up to date with the latest information and guidance provided by the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and the UK Government and amend this COVID-19 Specific Policy as required.

Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 48 hours advanced notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.
If less than 48 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill you time slot,
you maybe charged for that appointment.
